By the final year, you’ll have the opportunity to explore specialized learning pathways tailored to your business interests.

Course Modules

This course includes the following modules during the first three years of study. The final year of study has six unique pathways that each explore contemporary issues in today’s business and entrepreneurship landscape. You will undertake the specialist module relevant to your chosen pathway.

This course employs an authentic assessment strategy, immersing students in real-life business scenarios to reinforce learning objectives. Each module is designed to provide practical experience, allowing students to apply their own business ideas, receive detailed feedback, and refine their proposals. This formative approach ensures continuous development and a deeper understanding of key business concepts.

Assessments are structured to evaluate a wide range of knowledge, skills, and competencies essential for success in the business environment. Methods include essays, reports, real-life simulations, presentations, projects, and group debates, offering diverse opportunities to demonstrate expertise. These assessments not only test theoretical understanding but also enhance problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.

Independent study plays a crucial role in the learning process, with students expected to conduct research, complete assignments, and collaborate on group projects outside of structured sessions. Self-directed learning is vital for success, and guidance is provided on how to effectively manage time and approach tasks. Assessment methods are regularly reviewed and updated based on student feedback and industry best practices to maintain high academic standards.
